Refund Policy

The following policy details apply to Brilliant TV, Impartation, and Brilliant Parenting Community memberships.

Payment Plans

  • Refer to your welcome email for the terms of your specific payment plan.
  • Payments are monthly and will happen automatically on the same day of the month you signed up.
  • If you are unable to make a payment or need to update your payment info, please contact us at help@brilliantperspectives.com to arrange assistance.
  • Please be aware that your access to community resources may be suspended if there is a problem with payment.
  • If we are unable to reach you to resolve outstanding payments, we may cancel membership and access to Brilliant TV. No refund for completed payments will be available.

 

Cancellation

  • If you decide any of our memberships are not for you, you have 30 days to cancel for a refund.
  • Monthly membership can be cancelled at any time. Please contact our team directly at help@brilliantperspectives.com to cancel or get updated on your membership status.
  • To ensure that you have a wonderful experience with your membership, please reach out to us directly with any issues regarding billing or membership access.
