Brilliant Perspectives has a 30-day replacement policy on damaged physical items.
Faulty or product damaged in shipping will be replaced. Please contact our support email help@brilliantperspectives.com to notify of any issues with your delivery within 30 days of purchase to initiate the replacement process. Refund will be provided if replacement is not possible.

Brilliant Perspectives has a 30-day refund policy on unused downloads.
Digital products that have not been downloaded may also be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for refund of the purchase price. You must contact our support email help@brilliantperspectives.com to initiate that return.
