Authentic wilderness experiences are invitations of God to pursue a deeper spirituality. Transition, realignment, upgrading, transformation and wonder are all a part of apprehending God in the place of no distraction. The desert is the place of true favor where we receive our inheritance and encounter the fullness of God.

To enjoy the wilderness, we must know its secrets. The deep pleasures of God will produce in us stillness; profound joy and a calm authority. The only prophetic voice worth listening to is one that has been desert trained.
